Warm summer days with warm wooly wool/Topli ljetni dani uz toplu vunenu vunu
I am trying to catch up with various delayed house and handy-work, and this past weekend I managed to find a bundle of span alpaca wool that has been sitting in the box since months. The picture will best explain how did it look like when I started unwinding it and making a decent looking ball of wool out of it. Half an hour into the job, just when I was ready to take the scissors and cut it into pieces and card it into something new to spin, I managed to find a proper end, and within next five minutes had a lovely ball of brownish alpaca wool ready for weaving. The second weekend project was spinning for which I manage to use a lot of different colors remaining in my fibre storage since ages ago. Here are the various stages.
